How do I place my order?

  1. Online: Once you have found the item(s) you require simply add them into your shopping basket and proceed to our easy to use checkout. When you have finished entering your details click on the confirm button.
  2. E-mail: Our dedicated team are available Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:30pm to take your order on sales@universalmountainbike.com

What are the delivery costs?

We offer Free UK Delivery on all orders.
Including: Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands.

Standard delivery is normally 2 - 3 working days.

What guarantees do you provide?

Thanks to the Distance Selling Regulations you can buy in confidence knowing that you have the same if not better guarantees than if you were to purchase from a retail store. For example, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days, starting from the day after you receive the goods. All products are sourced from official Singapore importers and covered by manufacturers warranty.

When will my order arrive?

We always aim to despatch your goods with 24 hours of receipt of your order. If due to availability this is not possible we will contact you to keep you informed.

How will my cycle purchase arrive?

We pride ourselves on going that extra step to ensure you will be satisfied with your cycle, that is why Universal Mountain Bike have boxes tailor made.

Will my cycle be a flat pack?

All cycles supplied are fully built and made ready to ride by Cytech qualified technicians before the pedals are removed and the handlebars turned in order to repackage.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged on the day of despatch. If for any reason part orders are despatched you will only be charged for the goods on that consignment.

The excess payment for Insurance Customers may be taken prior to the despatch date.

I am not happy with a product/service . How do I make a complaint?

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and will try to rectify any problems you may have. You can email us at sales@universalmountainbike.com or write to the above address. We will acknowledge receipt and set about resolving the situation immediately.
